Using the site

Products and drops

SINQUE sells numbered, limited-edition pieces ("drops"). Drops are produced in finite quantities and are not restocked; once a drop has sold out, it remains closed. We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device shows them exactly.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and may change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, to limit quantities per customer, and to correct any errors in pricing or product information, even after an order has been submitted. Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform and payment processing that allow us to sell to you. Payment card details are handled securely by our payment providers and are encrypted during transfer.

Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information made available on the Site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on the Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.
