This Returns Policy applies to orders placed through SINQUE (sinque.club), operated by TGFbro LTD.
14-day returns
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We require proof of purchase (your order confirmation or receipt) to process any return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received an approved refund, please first check with your bank or card provider, as processing can take some time. If you have done this and still have not received it, contact us at sinque@tgfbro.com.
Faulty or damaged items
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If your item arrives faulty, email sinque@tgfbro.com within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right.
Return shipping
Unless your item is faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned to us.
Limited drops
SINQUE releases numbered, limited drops with no restocks. Where an item has sold out it cannot be exchanged for the same item; in that case, eligible returns are refunded rather than replaced.
